All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation.  Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled by 5:00 pm seven (7) days prior to arrival will be subject to room and tax cancellation fee for the first and last night of the reservation.  All rates are exclusive of appropriate state and local taxes, fees and assessments, currently 12.565% and are subject to change without notice.  The Cut-off Date for accepting reservations into this room block is Monday, February 13, 2013.  Reservations requests received after 5:00 PM local time at the Hotel on the Cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. Check in time is 3:00 pm, check-out time is 12:00 noon.  All guests arriving before 3:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.  Guest Service staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable, and for guests attending functions on departure day.  There is a charge for valet parking. The current per vehicle, overnight valet rate is $32.00 plus tax.
