18th Annual Mammography in Santa Fe: Music, Mammograms, and Mountains

Fees: For physicians, the fee for Mammography In Santa Fe (Monday-Friday, August 5- 9 2013)is $1095 for registrations postmarked by July 5, 2013. After that date, the fee is $1195. For Residents, Fellows, Retired and Military Physicians, the fee is $895 or $995 after July 5, 2013. The fee for Technologists, Nurses, and Allied Health Personnel is $795 or $895 after July 5, 2013.

Daily rate for technologists is $150 per day (Monday - Thursday).

The fee for physicians wishing to attend only the Mini-Course in Breast MRI is $450 or $495 after July 5, 2013.

Tuition includes all course materials (including a comprehensive syllabus), daily refreshment breaks, and a special breakfast buffet on Sunday. Enrollment is confirmed on the basis of receipt of registration fee. We do not process a registration without payment. We cannot guarantee the availability of course materials on site for registrations received after July 5, 2013. Additional Registration is required to attend the Afternoon Screening Mammography Workshop.

Keeping Abreast with Santa Fe Shopping:

Shopping is at its best in Santa Fe. Join veteran shoppers Janie Byrd and Mina Jo Linver on an excursion to learn about shopping in Santa Fe. The day will start with a visit to an expert in different kinds of Native American arts at one of the premier shops on the plaza. Next stop will be a wonderful shop showing off local artists. Lunch will be served at a local home (residence) in Santa Fe. After lunch, the group will return to the La Fonda for a private jewelry and chocolate show.

Tuesday, August 6 from 9:45 AM to 3:00 PM

  • Involves walking on uneven surfaces

 

Refunds: Full refunds, less a $75 service charge, will be made to those presenting iiCME, Inc. with written notification of cancellation by July 5, 2013. After that date, no refunds will be given.

Registration: Registration check-in will take place on Monday, August 5, 2013 from 7:00 to 7:45 a.m. in the Ballroom foyer.

 Please Note: If the course is sold out when we receive your registration, you will be notified immediately. You will receive a registration confirmation via e-mail if you registered online. All others will be notified by regular mail from iiCME, Inc. approximately two weeks after your registration is received. Sorry, but we are unable to confirm your registration by fax.
